Blast Kills Many At Local Night Spot

Dateline Vice City ---"It was horrible" said one of two survivors. The bartender and one of the Malibu guards, both of whom were at the bar at the time. The guard when questioned said, "Well it was one of our own, he drives a golf cart in here and we're thinking big joke, shortly then after all hell brakes loose, people flying everywhere, we even had a few people with their heads blown off". The Police Chief afterwards had this to say, "we are after the assailant and at this time have no leads as to any reason behind the attack". Also "He was seen leaving in a Black Vice Cheetah" said the Chief.

In the melee the police had a firefight with the assailant but to no avail, "it was as if he was invincible or something" said a local deputy. In a further statement the City Chief stated that much of the blame is on Ammu-Nation or possibly Phil Cassidy himself if not both. It has come to the conclusion of local forensics that the blast was from the new HIGHPOWER^tm ammo that has been getting around. The forensic scientist stated that the HIGHPOWER^tm round enters the target like any other ammo but when ignited by fire, the blast is incredible.

In this statement prior to this mornings edition the Chief adds "We are asking citizens of Vice City to come forward with information regarding the whereabouts of the assailant responsible for the blast, as this information may lead to an arrest and some vital background into explaining the attack.
