Majority Whip Tom Delay

In a perfect world an indictment in a legal case usually includes repercussions. Not in the case of Tom Delay, republican majority whip from Texas. In our world an indictment in a fund-raising probe could lead to jail time. In the GOP world the eyes stay shut and the guilty keep their jobs. Such is the case here where the ruling class, the GOP, rule in favor of their own by changing one. And that is letting a senator whip keep his seat even if indicted.
