I
predict that in November that Bush will not be re-elected and will not
even be there to run. I predict that by the end of October the average US
citizen will have had just about enough. And his own party will have had
just about enough. And to save face will have found themselves a likely
candidate.
I predict that by the end of September that the current White House
administration will implode. And the igniter will be Colin Powell. As he
is the only one (even with his outrageous comment to the Arab people) with
any shred of dignity left. And that he will come forward with his own
allegations. The media mill already has him saying he was against that
kind of interrogation practice from the beginning. Liberal lie or not.
Saving face is key here.
Powell has had his rifts with President Bush many times prior. He will
have had enough.
Many of us that bleed compassion have had enough. I have had enough. The
babbling bobble head I forced myself to watch last night, oh man. A psyche
analysis is in order here. Things I noticed:
1. Forehead scrunch
2. Bobbling head
3. When he got off stage his lips quivered
We need speakers again. Lincoln, Kennedy, uh Roosevelt, the bear, Reagan
too had the charisma enough to shoot from the hip. The teleprompter has to
go. Bush said three different Abu-Ghraib's. You would think by this time
he would have said it enough in meetings, but has he? Apparently not.
It is not my liberal stance, I am too close to center. I have said before
he isn't to blame for 9/11, nobody is. That plot is too ridiculous to even
point a finger at, however I feel in my instincts that something is just
deeply wrong here.
It's all come undone. Even the Abu-Ghraib thing is questionable. Perverted
interrogation techniques or another slight of hand to move opinion? To
where? From where?
My opinion and those with the opinion that the occupation of Iraq was
wrong in the first place is enough for me.
Rumor mill has it that Nick Berg was setup by the CIA. Ridiculous notion
at best. Like some write else where, these are foreign fighters. Even so,
the door was left WIDE open for them to enter. Or as I have stated they
were already there awaiting an opening. That was given, thanks.
Some people want Bush out now. Now before any more bloodshed. Even so, I
think he will be out either by his party or by law. But Iraq still
remains. And so does and has remained, Osama Bin Ladin. I fall just left
of center, right enough in the spectrum to want his head on a stick for
what he did to one of our cities. Yet he's still in a place of power.
Maybe? A dog and pony show will not go lightly if they already have him.
Preposterous notion there too. This ship has so many holes it's a wonder
it has stayed afloat this long. Loose lips are sinking it daily.
Saddam is a side note, not even an example of our will and our vengeance.
"Arab" is all I feel the connection Bush needed he can't even say WMD with
a strait face anymore. But if he had made an example out of Osama he would
have made an idol out of himself. Iraq would have been cart blanche. But
alas Halliburton has rights to everything. And just maybe to him.
Did I mention that my instincts tell me something stinks. It all does.
