What a life it must be. Always, under scrutiny from the press and fans. However, my thought is, why do I need to know. I have been more worried about co-workers. They too suffer breakdowns, have addictions, suffer from constant self-analysis. What about them? There is many a journeyman out there that suffers from fatigue from many nights on the road. Who is going to sing their song? Every once in a while I watch "VH1's Behind the Music". I would like to see Welding behind the Iron. It is not because I weld. I myself work in retail. This can lead to one of the celebrity problems, burn out. Like Madonna, I give what I do 115%. In addition, like her I do too much. She does a huge stage show at every arena, I run like mad all over the store. Different, you might think. However, comparisons can be made.

Recently you heard of Mariah Carey's meltdown. This happens to quite a few people. Sure it is rough. However, burn out, melt down, depression, anxiety, addictions, and pain happen to all of us. Sure enough, some Celebes I am very fond of, and care about. For example, there is Mathew Perry. Again, he is a guy doing a job. Falling into the foible of the common man. These poor folks cannot have a nosebleed without ET, Rags, or the real press covering it.

It could be said that the real press, term used loosely now, is just as bad. Give the people what they want, as opposed to what we need. Fair impartial coverage of world events. The Fox network now has a nightly news program. I have yet to call it serious.

Recent Magazine covers:

Pitt and Anniston, How they get it right. And another, Jennifer's, lesbian twist. I do not buy this stuff. It is total trash. Celebrity is an occupation. If more of us cared less about it, it could be a better one. Nevertheless, put it in a different light. Think about these stories as a heads up. Know that your neighbor or co-worker possibly suffers much the same way. The uncommon are suffering these common foibles. Everybody has a bad day. Does the press really need to find out and do we really need to know? Just a moral question I guess.
